About
A passionate Early Childhood Teacher based in Sydney,
dedicated to helping children thrive, empowering educators,
and supporting families.

I am a passionate Early Childhood Teacher based in Sydney, with a deep commitment to supporting children, families, educators, and services to thrive. My journey into early childhood education began long before my professional career.
Growing up, I was fortunate to experience a rich childhood where play, creativity, curiosity, and fun were valued and encouraged. Those experiences shaped my belief that children learn best when they feel safe, connected, capable, and genuinely engaged in meaningful experiences.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of leadership and teaching roles in early childhood settings, supporting children from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of strengths and needs. I am particularly passionate about inclusion, behaviour support, speech, language and communication development, and supporting children and families during the transition to school.
My approach combines evidence-based practice with practical, real-world strategies that educators can confidently implement in their everyday work. I believe that every child deserves to feel a sense of belonging and every educator deserves support, encouragement, and opportunities for professional growth.
Alongside my work as an Early Childhood Teacher, I have postgraduate studies in Inclusive Education and am undertaking further study in Speech Pathology — bringing current research, interdisciplinary knowledge, and a strong understanding of child development to my work with children, families, and early childhood professionals.
"My goal is simple: to help children thrive, empower educators, support families, and partner with services to create environments where every child feels valued, included, and able to reach their full potential."
— Emily, Founder of Evergrow
